This special Tabata workout is designed to challenge you physically and honor the enduring memory of Mike, one of our beloved coaches. All you need is two sets of kettlebells, one medium and one light. Get ready for a high-intensity session that includes:
- Double Kettlebell Swings: Swing your way into the workout, igniting those muscles and boosting your heart rate.
- Double Kettlebell Shoulder Press: Strengthen your shoulders and build upper body power.
- Double Kettlebell Rows: Engage your back muscles with rows that keep you focused and strong.
- Double Kettlebell Sumo Squats: Work your lower body with sumo squats that target your glutes and thighs.
