Jivoni’s Combo Fit is a high-intensity fitness class that combines fighting drills from Muay Thai and kickboxing. Kickboxing is a combination of martial arts, aerobics, and boxing that allows you to get your blood pumping while also punching away the daily stress. The Academy of Self Defense’s online kickboxing classes bring you all the hard work of a successful kickboxing workout straight to the comfort of your own home. We are now running in-person JCF Cardio Kickboxing classes as well! Our fitness academy’s online classes are taught by a trusted team of instructors that will teach you how to defend while giving you a full-body workout at the same time.
