We kick things off with Frog Hop Laps, a fun and dynamic exercise that will get your heart pumping and legs working. Then, it’s time to throw some punches with Guard Punches, engaging your core and upper body strength. The next minute calls for Pull Ups or TRX Rows, allowing you to customize the exercise to your fitness level and equipment availability.

As the clock ticks, you’ll unleash your power with Overhead Punches, targeting your shoulders and unleashing your inner boxer. Keep the momentum going with Push Ups, a classic exercise that works your chest, triceps, and core. Challenge your abs with V-Ups, bringing your legs and upper body together for a powerful contraction.

And to top it all off, we introduce the iconic KB Swings—a full-body exercise that builds strength, explosiveness, and endurance. Swing that kettlebell with confidence, feeling the burn in your hips, glutes, and arms.
