re you ready to kick it up a notch? Join us for the Kicks & Skills WOD, a high-energy workout that will put your agility, coordination, and strength to the test. This dynamic workout consists of a series of exercises designed to challenge both your cardiovascular endurance and your martial arts skills.

We’ll start with 50 double unders to get your heart pumping and your feet moving. Then, it’s on to 40 head kicks, where you’ll unleash your inner martial artist and work on your flexibility and precision. Next up, 30 wall balls will engage your legs, core, and upper body, providing a full-body burn. And don’t forget about the 20 toes to bar, which will test your core strength and coordination. Finally, we’ll finish off with 10 TRX pushups to target your chest, triceps, and shoulders.
