The workout kicks off with chin-ups, a classic exercise that targets your upper body strength. Next, you’ll move on to KB windmills, engaging your core and improving your mobility. KB thrusters come next, combining a squat and an overhead press to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

Dips target your triceps and chest, followed by KB Russian twists to strengthen your core and improve rotational stability. TRX pikes will challenge your entire body, focusing on core strength and shoulder stability.
