Do I need to make an appointment to start?

No appointment is necessary. All you need to do is start your free two week trial! Once you’ve registered for your trial, you will be able to unlimited any classes. (View Schedule)

How do I start my free 2 week trial?

Do I need gear to participate in class?

For in-person training, Yes! For the safety of our students there are certain gear requirements depending on the class that you’re taking. We have rentals available ($5 per pair), as well as having a fully stocked pro-shop. If you have unsure of what equipment is required for the class you want to take, please give us a call at 408-844-8485.

For online training No! You can participate in any of our classes without gear. A lot of members make simple modifications here and there. For example for those who don’t have dumbbells, they’ll use cans, or bottle water. Some people fill up backpacks with items to so that is the desired weight, and they’re able to use it like a kettlebell.

I am a beginner, are these classes good for me?

Of course! We’ve structured our classes in a way that even as a beginner you can come in and start your fitness journey or start on your goal of learning self defense. Whatever your goal may be, we have classes that will meet your needs.

What should I wear to class?

Please feel free to wear anything you feel comfortable working out in. Normal workout attire is sufficient. We have two different training floors, one is rubber where you can wear your athletic shoes on, the other is a mat, which you will be barefoot, or you have the options of wearing your socks.
