Gimme 30!

The WOD is called “Gimme 30!” and it’s a combination of shadow boxing, kettlebell swings, squats, lunges, clean and press, wood chops, and push-up taps. The workout consists of six rounds, with each round lasting for 5 minutes. You’ll work for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds on one side, and then repeat on the other side. The shadow boxing will get your heart rate up and your arms pumping, while the kettlebell work will target your legs, core, and shoulders. The lunges and side lunges will give your glutes a good burn, and the wood chops and push-up taps will challenge your core stability.
