The “1st Day of Spring” WOD is designed to target your entire body and get your heart pumping. It incorporates a variety of exercises that will challenge your strength, endurance, and coordination. From kettlebell clean, squat, and press to tricep extensions, you’ll engage your upper body and build lean muscle. The burnout punches and power punches will give you a cardio blast while improving your boxing skills.

But we’re just getting started! The “1st Day of Spring” WOD also includes exercises like guard punches and hollow holds to work your core, side knee tucks and accordion crunches to target your obliques, and mountain climber arms combined with a plank hold and kettlebell pull for a full-body challenge. Bent over rows, push-ups, sumo squats, and upright rows will further strengthen and tone your muscles. And let’s not forget about the deadlifts to build lower body strength and stability.
