Today’s Fitness Plan:

  • We’re kicking off with 3 rounds of 7 minutes each, with a well-deserved 1-minute break in between.
  • Start each round with 8 Pull-Ups or 16 TRX Rows – perfect for building that upper-body strength.
  • Then, dive into 8 KB Renegade Rows to challenge your core and arms simultaneously.
  • Keep the momentum with 16 Bicep Curls – because who doesn’t love a good arm day?
  • Switch gears with 16 Toe Touchers on Wall to target those abs.
  • And finally, round out each set with 24 Double Unders for a cardio kick that keeps you light on your feet.
