This high-intensity workout is designed to give you a full body and core challenge with 100 punch buy in, 12 Power jacks, 10 CSP, 8 suitcase deadlifts, 6 oblique crunches, 4 burpees (plus 1 broad jump), 2 combos 1-4 with equal kicks, Spiderman planks and 50 kb swing buy out.
