The Workout: Berlin-inspired, it’s a blend of strength, cardio, and core work that’ll leave you feeling exhilarated.

🏋️‍♀️ Deadlifts (12 reps): Start strong by channeling your inner Berliner with these deadlifts. Lift like you mean it!

🥊 Sprawls (8 reps): Berlin’s energy demands explosive moves. Get down and sprawl like a pro.

🏋️‍♂️ Upright Rows (12 reps): Keep the momentum going with upright rows, working those shoulders and arms.

🥊 Squat Kicks (40 reps): Kick up the intensity with a series of squat kicks, each one packing a punch.

Repeat this circuit three times and feel your energy soar!

💪 Pull-Ups (12 reps): Time to conquer the pull-up bar and build that upper body strength.

🧘‍♀️ V-Ups (8 reps): Berliners know the importance of a strong core. V-ups will get you there.

💪 Bicep Curls (12 reps): Sculpt those arms with bicep curls. You’re unstoppable!

🥊 Body Hooks (40 reps): Berlin’s rhythm is all about movement. Show off your boxing skills with body hooks.
