The 4 Card Stud WOD is a creative twist on traditional workouts. Instead of following a predetermined routine, each participant pulls cards from a deck to determine their exercise and rep scheme. It’s like being dealt a hand of fitness challenges and embracing the element of surprise!

The suit of the card determines the number of reps for each exercise. Clubs represent 5 reps, hearts represent 10 reps, spades represent 15 reps, and diamonds represent 20 reps. The number on the card corresponds to a specific exercise, making each round of the WOD unique and unpredictable.

For example, if you pull a 2 of hearts, you’ll perform 10 push-ups. If you draw a 6 of clubs, get ready for 5 rounds of mountain climbers. The variety of exercises includes push-ups, kettlebell swings, wall balls, sumo deadlift high pulls, mountain climbers, snatches, burpees, overhead squats, cleans, thrusters, lunges, box jumps, and even a run block for the ace!
