Hey, GRIT Squad! It’s time to roll the dice and challenge yourself with the Snakes and Ladders WOD. Coach Andrea is revving up the energy for a thrilling workout session you won’t want to miss.
Conquering the Snakes and Ladders WOD:
This workout is like the classic board game but with a fitness twist. Get ready for two rounds of ascending and descending reps that will keep your heart pounding and your muscles engaged:
Round 1 (1-2-3-4-5):
- Swing/KB Thruster: Swing that kettlebell and follow it up with a powerful thruster to target multiple muscle groups.
- Squat/Press: Squat down and press your way to a stronger you.
- Reverse Lunge Halo (Left/Right): Engage your core and balance as you perform reverse lunges with a halo twist.
- Ballistic Row/Curls: Amp up your back and biceps with ballistic rows and curls.
Round 2 (5-4-3-2-1):
Now, let’s reverse the order and descend the ladder while maintaining the intensity.
