Tabata Challenge:

In this high-energy Tabata-style workout, you’ll be pushing your limits and challenging yourself in every round. Here’s what’s in store:

  • KB Squat – Forward Press: Start strong with kettlebell squats and forward presses. Your legs and shoulders will thank you.
  • Deadlifts – Upright Row: Build that back strength with deadlifts and upright rows. Proper form is key!
  • Crunch – Flutter Kicks: It’s time to sculpt your core with a combination of crunches and flutter kicks.
  • Power Jacks – Halo: Get your heart rate up with power jacks and a kettlebell halo exercise.
  • Knee Tucks – V-Ups: Challenge your abs with knee tucks and V-ups. Feel the burn!
  • Punch/Elbow – Knee/Kick: Mix martial arts moves with punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. Channel your inner warrior!
  • Push Ups/Burpees – Rest: Finish strong with a combo of push-ups and burpees. You’ve earned that well-deserved rest.
