  • 40 ‘Unbroken’ Wall Balls (20/14)|(14/10): Transition to wall balls without dropping the momentum — or the ball. Aim for unbroken sets to maximize intensity and endurance, choosing a weight that challenges yet is manageable (20 lbs for men/14 lbs for women or 14/10 lbs as an alternative).
