It’s a perfect blend of lower body strength, martial arts precision, and enough variety to keep you engaged and energized.

What ‘LEG DAY’ Brings to the Mat:

  • 20 Quarter Squats: Start with a light, quick burn to wake those legs up.
  • 20 Straight Punches: A punch of cardio to mix things up.
  • 20 Jump Squats: Add a spring to your squat for explosive power.
  • 20 Hook Punches: Working your upper body and core.
  • 20 Side Jump Squats (L&R): Time to get lateral and dynamic.
  • 20 Body Shots: Target those obliques.
  • 20 Front & Back Jump Squats: Propel yourself in all directions.
  • 20 RoundHouse Kicks: Unleash your inner martial artist.
  • 20 4 Corner Jump Squats: A full 360 challenge.
  • 20 Front Kicks (Push/Teeps): Push forward with strength and balance.
  • 20 Single Leg Pulse Lunge (Each Leg): Test your balance and endurance.
  • 20 SitUps & 20 PushUps: Core and upper body strength to complement those legs.
  • 20 Jump Lunges: Finish with a high-intensity burst.
