District 1: 3 rounds, 10 min cap 10 Thrusters 10 Toes to bar 10 Grit Masters (Pit Masters) 10 American KBS

District 2: Weight X reps= score Deadlifts, cap 5 mins

  • 3 minutes max effort double unders

District 3: amrap, 10 min cap (rounds completed x 10= score) 30 Burpees 30 2-punch sprawls 30 knees to elbows

District 4: 10 min cap, (rounds completed x 10=score) 40 bag hits 40 Rows 40 Mt Climbers (legs) 40 plank hip dips
