Are you a fan of Star Wars? Get ready to channel your inner Jedi in our latest WOD: Darth Vato & Chewbata. Inspired by the legendary franchise, this workout is designed to push you to your limits and give you a true taste of what it’s like to be a warrior.
The first half of the WOD consists of 10 VATOS, a combination of four punches, a sprawl, and a head kick. You’ll also tackle 10 WARRIORS, featuring four punches and a shot. Both moves are named after the iconic characters from the Star Wars franchise.
The second half of the WOD features TABATA intervals that focus on punches, kicks, push-ups, supermans, wrestler sit-outs, planks, pendulum lunges, squats and holds, bicycles, sit-ups, burnout punches, power punches, sumo squats, upright rows, and more kicks and punches.
