Butt You Love It!

This high-intensity circuit workout is designed to target your glutes and core, while also challenging your cardiovascular endurance.

The workout starts off with sumo squats, an exercise that’ll have you feeling the burn in your glutes and quads. Next, you’ll move on to standing tricep press, an exercise that’ll tone your arms while also working your core. After that, you’ll perform sit-ups, an exercise that’ll target your abs and help you achieve a strong core.

The workout continues with wrestler bridges, an exercise that’ll work your glutes, abs, and lower back. You’ll then complete laps and sprints to get your heart rate up and challenge your cardiovascular endurance.

Next, you’ll perform hooks (both arms), an exercise that’ll work your shoulders and triceps. After that, you’ll move on to stiff leg deadlifts, an exercise that’ll work your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back.

You’ll then do one legged bridges (alternating legs) an exercise that’ll work your glutes and core. Finally, you’ll end with crunches to strengthen your core and finish off the workout.
