Today’s workout, known as 3 Card Monte, will have you pulling cards and embracing the excitement of unpredictability. Gather in small groups and pull three cards to determine your exercises. Then, it’s time to go all out and give it your best shot until time is called. Don’t worry, once you’re done, you’ll get a fresh hand and a new set of challenges!

Each card represents a different exercise and rep scheme, making every round a unique adventure. Clubs will have you conquering 5 reps of an exercise, while hearts ramp it up to 10 reps. If you draw spades, get ready for 15 reps, and diamonds will challenge you with 20 reps. The beauty of this workout is that you never know what’s coming next, keeping your mind engaged and your body guessing!

From push-ups to kettlebell swings, wall balls to sumo deadlift high pulls, there’s a variety of exercises to keep you on your toes. Amp up your heart rate with mountain climbers, and perfect your snatch technique for that full-body power. Not to mention the exhilarating box jumps, lunges, thrusters, cleans, and overhead squats that will push your limits and leave you feeling accomplished.
