Get ready to sweat with your swolemate this Valentine’s Day with the “Valentine’s Day Massacre” WOD! This AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout is a perfect combination of cardio, strength, and teamwork. You’ll need a workout buddy for this one, but trust us, it’ll be worth it.
The workout includes a range of exercises, from air squats to pendlay rows, from high-5 push-ups to box jumps, and much more. You and your swolemate will alternate between sets of exercises, pushing each other to new limits and helping each other reach new personal bests.
One of the highlights of this WOD is the MB buddy squat and toss, where you and your partner will squat with a medicine ball and then toss it back and forth. This will get your heart rate up and test your coordination and teamwork. And for a final challenge, the resistance band buddy sprint will push you to your limits.
