BIG 5 Vol.2 is an exciting As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) workout designed to keep you moving, sweating, and burning those calories! 5 jab, cross, hook, cross, cross sets, followed by 5 double burpees, put your strength and endurance to the test. But that’s not all! We up the ante with 5 pull-ups, 5 hanging knee tucks and finish off with 5 kettlebell thrusters. Talk about a full-body workout rendezvous!
