The circuit starts off with Pull-ups, an exercise that targets your upper body, followed by Decline Push-ups which will target your chest, triceps and shoulders. Next, you will perform Deck Squats, an exercise that targets your legs and glutes, followed by Split Squats, which will work on each leg individually.
To finish off the circuit, you will perform 50 Rope Skips, a cardio-intensive exercise that will improve your endurance and agility.
