  • We’re talking reps of 50-40-30-20-10 of sit-ups to reverse crunches, matched with double unders for a skipping beat that keeps you light on your feet.
  • Then, brace yourself for a triplet of 8 jump squats, 8 suitcase deadlifts, and 8 halos, each move a nod to London’s storied history and dynamic energy.
  • Finish off with 8 tricep extensions, because what’s a workout without a nod to the royal guards’ discipline?
