  1. 10 Squat Pulses: Begin with squat pulses, a fantastic way to ignite your quads, glutes, and hamstrings, setting a strong pace for the workout ahead.
  2. 5 Good Mornings: Transition into good mornings to stretch and strengthen your lower back, hamstrings, and glutes, ensuring a comprehensive lower body workout.
  3. 10 Curtsy Lunges: Curtsy lunges come next, targeting your inner thighs and glutes while challenging your balance and core stability.
  4. 10 Hip Lifts: Elevate your hips to engage your core and glutes further, creating a bridge between leg and abdominal work.
