Dead Man Walking

Introducing the WOD of the day, “DEAD MAN WALKING.”

Led by Coach Serra, this intense circuit training class is designed to challenge every muscle in your body and take your fitness to the next level. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just starting out, this workout will push you to your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals.

The workout consists of two rounds, each with a set of exercises that will test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Round one includes rowing, power kicks, KB jerks, jump lunges, and a KB carry lap. Round two includes plank hip dips, low RH power/body RH power, double-racked squats, BW squats, a sled push/pull, and walking lunges.
