The Chicken Wing WOD combines a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups, ensuring a full-body workout. It starts with 5 intense man makers, a dynamic exercise that works your upper body, core, and legs all at once. Then, you’ll move on to lateral raises and front delt raises, focusing on sculpting your shoulder muscles and improving your posture.

To challenge your upper body strength, the WOD includes pull-ups and Superman-prone rows, targeting your back muscles and building a strong and defined upper body. KB thrusters add an element of power and explosiveness, engaging your legs, glutes, and shoulders for a total-body burn.

The Chicken Wing WOD also incorporates 4 punch + kick combinations, allowing you to unleash your inner martial artist while working on your coordination and core stability. The workout finishes off with Russian twists, a challenging exercise that targets your abs and obliques for a strong and toned midsection.
