- 15 4 Punch and Sprawls: Unleash a four-punch combo followed by a sprawl to build agility and explosive power.
- 20 Wrestler Sitouts: Incorporate wrestler sitouts to improve your mobility, agility, and ability to escape from beneath an opponent.
- 25 Strikes on the Bag: Focus on power and precision with 25 bag strikes, letting your fists fly with every ounce of strength.
- 30 Squat Thrusts: Engage your core, legs, and shoulders with 30 squat thrusts, preparing your body for rapid movements and transitions.
