It starts with 60 leg raises, targeting your core and lower abs for that sculpted midsection. Follow it up with 50 squats, a classic exercise that strengthens your legs and glutes, giving you that toned lower body you’ve been striving for.

But we’re just getting started! Challenge yourself with 10 burpees to elevate your heart rate and engage multiple muscle groups. Then transition into 40 sit-ups to further strengthen your core and improve your overall stability. Get your heart pumping with a refreshing run to enhance your cardiovascular endurance and burn those extra calories.

Next up, 30 lunges to shape your thighs and enhance your lower body strength. Swing into action with 20 kettlebell swings, a dynamic movement that works your hips, glutes, and upper body. Finish strong with another set of 10 burpees to push your limits and test your mental resilience. Conclude the round with a final invigorating run to wrap up the killer workout.
