Today’s WOD: Kettlebell Eve AMRAP
Goal: Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) within the time frame. Push hard, stay focused, and keep moving!
- 40 Kettlebell Walking Lunges (Single KB)
- Grab one kettlebell and alternate lunges with control.
- Modification: Reduce reps to 20 or use body weight if needed.
- 20 Deck Squats
- Roll back onto the floor, then power back up to a standing position.
- Modification: Use a slight assist from your hands or reduce to 10 reps.
- 4 Laps – Farmer Carries
- Hold kettlebells in each hand and walk steady laps.
- Modification: Use lighter weights or reduce the number of laps.
- 40 Box Jumps
- Explode up onto the box, land softly, and repeat.
- Modification: Step-ups instead of jumps.
- 20 Lateral Ski Hops
- Hop side to side with energy and precision.
- Modification: Perform smaller hops or step side-to-side.
- 4 Laps – Waiter’s Carries (2 Each Arm)
- Hold a kettlebell overhead and walk two laps per arm.
- Modification: Reduce to one lap per arm or lower the kettlebell weight.
