  • Start with 8 Push-Ups: Kick off the round with a classic that works your chest, arms, and core.
  • Follow with 20 Swings: Transition to kettlebell swings, a dynamic move that engages your whole body.
  • 6 Push-Ups, then 20 Swings: As the push-up reps decrease, keep the intensity up with consistent swings.
  • Down to 4 Push-Ups, and yes, 20 more Swings: Test your endurance as you power through.
  • Finish the first round with 2 Push-Ups and 20 Swings: You’re halfway there – strong and unstoppable!

After a brief recovery, you’ll repeat the round, pushing yourself to maintain or even better your time. This workout is designed to build not just physical strength but mental toughness as well.
