Here’s What ‘Jumpstart’ Has in Store:
- First 3:30 AMRAP: We’re diving into 12 Goblet Squats and 10 Push Presses. This combo is all about building strength and getting your heart rate up.
- Second 3:30 AMRAP: Switch gears with 8 Single Rows on each side and 6 Clean and Presses. These moves are perfect for working on your balance and full-body coordination.
- To wrap it up, a 2:00 Jump Rope or Power Jacks session to keep the energy high and finish strong.
