In the first and third sets of the workout, you’ll tackle a series of bodyweight exercises that will target different muscle groups and get your heart pumping. From push-ups to sit-ups, 2-count mountain climbers to jump squats, and 2-count high knees, you’ll feel the burn and the energy flowing through your body. These exercises will test your strength, endurance, and agility, all while having a great time with your workout buddies.

The second and fourth sets of the Fun With Friends WOD introduce some resistance exercises to challenge your muscles in new ways. Get ready to power through clean and presses, deadlifts, upright rows, lunge and halos, and TRX rows. These exercises will help you build strength, improve your posture, and enhance your overall fitness level.
