In two intense bursts of 2-minute AMRAPs, here’s what you’ll tackle:
- Staggered DL and Rows: One side at a time, ensuring every fiber gets its fair share of attention.
- Swings and Rev Lunges: Again, one side at a time. By now, you’ll feel the balance, the coordination, and oh, the burn!
- Glute Bridges: First together, then one leg at a time. Your glutes will thank you (after they stop burning, of course).
- Balance Kicks: Ending on a high, challenging not just your muscles, but also your stability.
But here’s the cherry on top: Coach Andrea, a dynamo of energy and expertise, will lead this session. And guess what? You don’t even have to step out of your house. Yes, this session is happening live on Zoom!
