Next up, we have TRX back flys to target your upper back muscles, promoting better posture and stability. Grab a kettlebell and take it overhead for the challenging KB overhead press, engaging your shoulders, triceps, and core. Ready for some agility? Slalom to sprint will have you moving quickly and dynamically, working on your coordination and speed.
