The “Santeria” WOD is a 36-minute workout divided into four stations, each targeting different muscle groups and energy systems. You’ll move through the stations in a continuous circuit, maximizing your effort and pushing your body to new heights.

Station 1: Row & Power Punches Start with an intense rowing session, challenging your cardiovascular endurance. Follow it up with 40 power punches, engaging your upper body and core muscles. This station sets the tone for the workout, getting your heart rate up and firing up your energy.

Station 2: Heina Get ready for a full-body challenge with the Heina station. It combines pull-ups, push-ups, and squats to target your back, chest, arms, and lower body. The combination of strength and bodyweight exercises will test your muscular endurance and push you to your limits.

Station 3: Shuttle Runs & Sit-ups Switch gears and focus on speed and core strength at the Shuttle Runs & Sit-ups station. Sprint through 30 shuttle runs, working on your agility and explosiveness. Then, transition to 30 sit-ups, engaging your abdominal muscles and building a strong core foundation.

Station 4: Novio The final station, Novio, will test your power and muscular endurance. It combines rainbow slams, curl & press, and crunches to target your entire body. The explosive movements combined with controlled strength exercises will challenge your stamina and leave you feeling accomplished.
