Embrace Every Minute: Precious eMOMents WOD

Are you ready to make every minute count in your fitness journey? Say hello to the “Precious eMOMents” workout! This EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) session is designed to challenge you, improve your strength, and leave you feeling accomplished.

Clean and Press: Start each minute with clean and press exercises, a fantastic way to work your entire body, from shoulders to legs. It’s a movement that’s as powerful as it is satisfying.

Push Ups/Jump Squats: In the first part of each minute, you’ll alternate between push-ups and jump squats. Push-ups strengthen your upper body, while jump squats get your heart racing and legs burning.

Swings/Gob Squats/Thrusters: The second half of each minute introduces a trio of exercises: kettlebell swings, goblet squats, and thrusters. These compound movements target multiple muscle groups for a full-body workout.

Burpees: Burpees are the ultimate challenge! They improve your cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and boost your endurance. They may be tough, but they’re oh-so-rewarding.

Split Squats L/R: Time to focus on your legs with split squats. They help balance strength between your left and right sides while toning your lower body.

V-Sits: Engage your core with V-sits, a core-strengthening exercise that will get your abs burning.
