But we’re just getting started! Brace yourself for 12 renegade rows to enhance your back and arm strength, then amp up the intensity with 20 jump squats to boost your explosive power. Take a breather with 30 sit-ups, engaging your abs and building a solid core foundation.

The excitement continues with 40 kettlebell swings, a full-body exercise that improves your strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. And finally, wrap it up with 50 rounds of 3 punch combinations plus kicks, unleashing your inner martial artist and leaving you feeling empowered.
