Here’s Your Mission in ‘ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS’:
- Buy-In with AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible, As Fast As Possible):
- Choose between Pull-Ups or TRX Rows for an upper body burn.
- Follow it up with Hand-Release Push-Ups (HR PU) to engage that core and arm strength.
- The Core Challenge – 100 Reps Each:
- Front Squats: Power up your legs and glutes.
- Curls: Time to sculpt those biceps.
- Chest Press: Build strength in your chest and triceps.
- Sumo Deadlifts: Engage your entire posterior chain.
- Overhead Extensions: Focus on those triceps.
- Sprinter-Ups (50 each side for advanced): A total body explosive movement.
- Buy-Out with another round of AMRAP:
- Pull-Ups or TRX Rows
- Hand-Release Push-Ups
