Start off with 20 wrestler sit-outs to activate your core and improve your mobility. Then, power through 10 jump squats to engage your lower body and boost your explosive power. Ready to channel your inner martial artist? Execute 5 Glover sprawls to work your entire body while improving your coordination.
Next, grab a kettlebell and conquer 5 kettlebell thrusters that will target multiple muscle groups, including your legs, shoulders, and core. Transition into burpee to broad jump, where you’ll perform 5 burpees followed by a dynamic broad jump, testing your strength, cardiovascular endurance, and agility.
Keep that momentum going with 10 crunches to work your abs and strengthen your core. And for an added challenge, finish off with 20 knuckle push-ups to target your chest, shoulders, and triceps while engaging your core for stability.
