Description
The VKM Striking Seminar is designed for individuals with Krav Maga experience who want to improve their overall striking abilities. Attendees will learn proper technique and fundamentals of punching, kicking, and movement. Our instructors will cover body mechanics and footwork to allow for stronger and quicker punches.
What sets this seminar apart from other striking seminars is its focus on Krav Maga specific combatives. Students will be using hand strikes, leg strikes, headbutts, throat strikes, and more. All these strikes will be executed in ways the students haven’t used them before. The seminar will teach students what strikes work best in what situation and how to generate as much damage as possible to a target. Students will also be taught how to put together combination attacks while trying to vacate the altercation while still delivering strikes.
