Learn everything you need to know about Kettlebell training! The Kettlebell Core Master Class will focus on some of the best moves you can do with a kettlebell to activate all areas of your core to help build the basis of your health and fitness journey. Whether you’re experienced, or new to kettlebells this class will cover all aspects of strength training with kettlebells to help you work towards a better core and to help build your dynamic movement and mobility.
Our aim is to educate the proper movements to promote safety, growth, and strength in the community. This Master Class will focus on the basic principles listed below:
- Dynamic Stretching
- Core Strengthening work (Back, Abs, Glutes)
- Balance Practice
- KB Safety
- Basic nutritional counseling
- Includes Videos for each Master Class
At the end of each Master Class, we will end with a nutritional potluck. The goal is to educate and inform our community on how to maximize their workouts while building functional strength, maintaining mobility, and working on full-body wellness.
