  • Sandbag Squats: Hug a loaded duffle or backpack.
  • Deficit Pushups: Elevate hands on books or bricks to create that drop.

Coaching Tips:

  • Break up pull-ups early to maintain form.
  • Farmer carry: move with purpose, not speed.
