With our Boot Camp, Muay Thai HIIT, GRIT, Box & Bells and 300 programs, you can experience five unique styles of exercise that are all grounded in MMA, Muay Thai, & Krav Maga (Self Defense) principles. Our Boot Camp includes challenging exercises such as kettlebell strength training and calisthenics to help improve both strength and balance. Muay Thai HIIT brings together intense interval drills with energizing kettlebell flows and pad drills for an ultimate cardio boost. We have GRIT, a program designed for a full-body experience that uses weights, combative drills, tabata workouts, and circuit training to build your strength like never before! Box & Bells, bring the classic boxing technique with strength training. And finally, 300 brings new meaning to circuit training with 15+ workout stations built for the ultimate circuit training.
