- 4 Punch Hold
- 4 Punch Sprawl
- Punch from Plank
- Kick from Ground
- Ground & Pound
- Striking from Guard
Whether you’re hitting the heavy bag or shadowing the flow, this WOD simulates fight chaos in controlled rounds. Expect your core, cardio, shoulders, and hips to be fully engaged.

Coach Tips:
- 4 Punch Hold: Throw a tight 4-punch combo, then hold the guard position—elbows tight, core locked.
- 4 Punch Sprawl: Punch-punch-punch-punch → sprawl fast → bounce up and repeat.
- Punch from Plank: Shoulder stacked, hips flat—throw fast, short strikes.
- Kick from Ground: Imagine you’re defending from the mat—use hips and core to launch controlled upkicks.
- Ground & Pound: Full mount, rapid strikes to the bag or pad.
- Striking from Guard: Work combos while staying on your back, legs up and active—just like Khabib would.
It’s not about looking pretty. It’s about staying aggressive and tight while everything burns.
Prep Tips:
- Warm up with shoulder rolls, sprawls, and planks.
