With a mix of goblet squats, push presses, TRX rows, and more, this WOD will challenge every muscle in your body while keeping you fired up to finish strong. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this workout is your chance to unleash your full potential.

What’s in Today’s WOD?

The Beast Mode Circuit is a 4-round descending rep scheme (12/10/8/5) that combines strength training, functional movements, and combat fitness. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Goblet Squats: Build lower body strength and improve mobility.
  • Push Press: Strengthen your shoulders, arms, and core.
  • TRX Rows: Work your back, shoulders, and arms for upper body power.
  • AB Roller: Challenge your core stability and endurance.
  • Box Jumps: Improve explosive power and leg strength.

After completing the 4 rounds, finish strong with:

  • Bosu Ball Burpees (10): Add an extra challenge to your burpees with balance and core engagement.
  • Punches (100): Test your striking speed and endurance.
  • Kicks (50): Build lower body power and precision.

Modifications for All Levels

  • Beginners: Use lighter weights for goblet squats and push presses, step up for box jumps, and modify burpees to no jump or step-back.
  • Advanced: Increase weight, add reps, or shorten rest periods for an extra challenge.
  • At Home: No TRX? Use a towel or resistance band for rows. No Bosu ball? Do regular burpees.

Tips for Maximizing Your Workout

  1. Warm-Up: Spend 5-10 minutes on dynamic stretches and light cardio to prep your muscles.
  2. Focus on Form: Proper technique is key to avoiding injury and maximizing results.
  3. Stay Hydrated: Keep water nearby to stay energized throughout the workout.
  4. Cool Down: Stretch your shoulders, hamstrings, and core after the workout to improve recovery.
