The workout starts off with Commando Pull-Ups, an exercise that will work your upper body and improve your overall strength. It’s followed by Leg Lifts, an exercise that will target your abs and improve your core strength. Next, you’ll perform TRX Bicep Curls, an exercise that will target your arms and improve your upper body strength.
After that, you’ll move on to Bent-Over Rows, an exercise that will work your back and improve your overall strength. Following that, you’ll perform 3 Strikes + Kick, an exercise that will work your full body and improve your overall power.
Then you’ll do Deadlifts, an exercise that will work your full body and improve your overall strength, followed by Plank Pull Unders, an exercise that will target your core and improve your overall strength.
Finally, you’ll finish off with Rower, an exercise that will test your cardiovascular endurance and overall power.
