This camp designed for those who want to build a foundation and deeper understanding of Muay Thai from the ground up in detail. Basics are what all practitioners and fighters alike start with and build upon in order to not only apply, but to further their skillset in “The Art of Eight Limbs”. Whether you are a beginner with no experience, intermediate, or even a fighter and want to polish your foundation and basics, everyone will be starting from ground zero and will undertake this journey together! Be ready to kick off 2024 with a big bang!
