Krav Maga level 2 curriculum
Practitioner Level 2, also known as Orange Belt, is the next step after earning your Yellow Belt (Practitioner 1) in Vanguard Krav Maga®. At this stage, you’ll build on the fundamentals from Level 1 and begin learning more advanced techniques.
Level 2 introduces ground defense and teaches you how to handle more complex self-defense situations. Once you’ve earned your Yellow Belt, you’re eligible to attend Orange Belt classes, where you’ll train in the techniques listed below.
