Practitioner Level 1, often referred to as Yellow Belt, is the first level in Vanguard Krav Maga®. The transition from a beginning Krav Maga practitioner to a Level 1 Ranking is mostly focused on the basic fundamentals of Krav Maga, with attention to strategic fighting stances and basic combat. As a beginner Krav Maga practitioner, you take and participate in “Level 1 – Yellow Belt” classes focusing on the techniques listed below:
